The town of Saint-Coutant le Grand is located in the center-west of the Charente-Maritime department, in the Poitou-Charentes region, on the border of the former provinces of Saintonge and Aunis. The place called Bernessard (or Bernessart) is located about 2.5 km from the center of Saint-Coutant le Grand and less than 5 minutes from the Logis du Péré (ideal for your wedding accommodation).

Quiet, Bernessard is 5 minutes from shops (Lussant), by car, and less than 10 minutes from the nearest shopping area (Tonnay-Charente).
