The estate is located a few steps from the Clos du Vallon des Courances, in a 3 hectare wooded park. This 14th Century seigneury is ideally built on the borders of Aunis and Saintonge. This place will allow you to discover our beautiful region, at the gates of Rochefort, near La Rochelle, St-Jean-d'Angély, also close to the fortified city of Brouage famous for its ramparts, and the islands of Ré, Oléron, d'Aix et Madame.
A reception room, which can accommodate up to 200 people, is designed within the confines of the house, for any type of event. The chapel is at your disposal for weddings or baptisms.
